My Top 10 Houston Wedding Venues

Bell Tower Houston Wedding Venue

Hey Boss!

I’ve really enjoyed sharing my favorites with you all month long. As we’re celebrating love this month, I thought it only fitting that I share some venues that I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!

I love them all for various reasons and I completed a lot of blog posts in 2020 about Houston Wedding Venues so you are sure to find a detailed description of each of them with a quick search in the venues section of my blog. Today though, I want to give you a quick list of those venues that…I mean…wow…they are awesome. Now I will preface ‘awesome’ with the fact that they have their own special reason for being awesome but every single one of them has amazing customer services the day of for you, your guests and vendor team and also…they are very easy to work with during the planning process.

There are some venues in Houston that, while beautiful, are a nightmare to partner with. They don’t like taking phone calls, are slow to answer emails, have a lot of redtape and do not allow a lot of flexibility with their space, their contracts are ridiculous, and they charge you ++ just to walk on their premises.

Bosses LISTEN: you are the client…and while it is their venue, you should be treated with respect and like a valued partner and not a cash cow for them. As a planner, I can tell the type of relationship the venue is going to have with my client by the way they respond to me reaching out to them. So I always keep that in mind when I refer brides to venues and just because it’s more expensive to rent, does not mean they are going to give you a better experience than a venue you need to bring in more rentals and decor to make it just as beautiful. So when you’re interviewing, be sure to ask questions that will give you a feel of how they will partner with you in the weeks and months leading up to your wedding and not just their rates and availability.

Here are some of my favs. They won’t all fit in the list today so be on the lookout for a Pt. 2.

  1. The Bell Tower
  2. The Bowery House and Gardens
  3. The Sandlewood Manor
  4. The Luminaire
  5. The Crystal Ballroom
  6. Hotel Zaza (Museum District)
  7. The Springs – Katy
  8. The Springs – Cypress
  9. The Revaire
  10. Station 3

I hope you enjoyed my pick of Top 5 Houston Wedding Venues and with so much to choose from there is definitely more where that came from! If you need help finding the perfect venue for your wedding I’m here to help.
