We recommend you select Day of Coordination Services with us and add on Wedding Planning Coaching for any items you need a little assistance with but ultimately will like to handle yourself. Examples include: guidance on budgeting or resources for vendors. Our Boss Bride Executive Suite includes many resources to assist you along the way. You'll have access to it no matter which collection you choose.
Your venue coordinator represents the venue, while I represent you and your soon-to-be spouse. They help provide access to the venue, manage internal staff, and ensure nothing gets broken. Most venues still require you to have a day-of coordinator of your own to oversee all moving parts of the day and assist with vision, design, set-up, and clean-up. That’s what we do!
In our 12yrs of experience we want to assure you that 10hrs is sufficient time for the event management services you'll need the day of your wedding. You'll find our offerings include this much time and if additional time is needed we look forward to discussing with you!

Event design is the art of making your wedding BEAUTIFUL. It's incorporating your love story, first date, favoriate food, activites you love and colors that bring you joy and infusing each of those details into designing what your wedding will look and feel like.
