We’ll execute the plans you’ve put in place, communicate with your vendors, and take on all the day-of responsibility. We recommend you select Day of Coordination Services with us and add on Wedding Planning Coaching for any items you need a little assistance with but ultimately will like to handle yourself. Examples include: guidance on budgeting or resources for vendors. Our Boss Bride Executive Suite includes many resources to assist you along the way. You'll have access to it no matter which collection you choose.


04. what if need more than day of coordination

Your venue coordinator represents the venue, while I represent you and your soon-to-be spouse. They help provide access to the venue, manage internal staff, and ensure nothing gets broken. Most venues still require you to have a day-of coordinator of your own to oversee all moving parts of the day and assist with vision, design, set-up, and clean-up. That’s what we do!



In our 12yrs of experience we want to assure you that 10hrs is sufficient time for the event management services you'll need the day of your wedding. You'll find our offerings include this much time and if additional time is needed we look forward to discussing with you!


02. how many hours  is your team

The reality is that wedding planning is a time-consuming task. It also requires a great deal of thought and creativity. Even if you’re organized, you can still use a “business partner,” “creative director” or “executive assistant” to help you out. In fact, one of these three may what you need to keep your sanity and close-knit relationships in tact during this time of your life!
