Virtual Conference for 500+ Attendees
Sourced and developed framework for a virtual conference platform to include attendee registration management, platform front-end build, Run-of-Show development and rehearsals with guest speakers as well as managed the day-of event tech support chat
Non-profit organization had an outdated website and within 1-week website was revamped to be more inviting and easy to navigate for browsers who included high school and college students seeking opportunities to apply for scholarships offered through the organization. Developed Portfolio demonstrating various scholarship opportunities, managed upcoming events calendar and user interfaces for members.
Real-estate investment firm needed assistance identifying vendors to establish ongoing iterative operations to launch 2x Air B&B Condo rental operations simultaneously. I assisted with designing decor and conducting contract negotiations with operations management vendors for maintenance, house cleaning and laundry services.
Organization needs to implement a new technology however, internal resources are stretched thin with daily duties. SwaLaRue worked alongside multiple stakeholders to oversee an agile approach to executing analysis, build, test and launch of a new application to progress organizational objectives.
