How much time does this venue allow for set up?
At the Parador Houston, the last vendor must be out by 2AM, the venue set up time is inclusive of the event rental time.
This is important to consider when you think about your décor, make sure to keep this in mind while you are planning out and selecting décor to bring in! Ask your vendors before signing a contract: how long will this take to set up at the Parador?
What I love about this venue:
The Parador Houston includes 4 choices of linens are included in the rental fee along with a large candle centerpiece and this can be a huge benefit because linen and centerpiece pricing can add up quickly.
The pricing fee is what you see is what you get: no additional surprise surcharges or taxes. This is always a surprise to couples that service charges are in addition to rental fees-but not at The Parador.
The Parador gardens can be used for a natural setting for bridal portraits.
