For this SwaLaRue Events venue tour, we are stepping away from the city venues of Downtown Houston and taking in the nature that surrounds The Dunlavy, located at 3422 Allen Parkway in Houston, Texas.
The Dunlavy is a breakfast and lunch spot by day and a private event space by night. No matter what time of day you visit, you’ll enjoy a delicious, fresh assortment of food made on-site. The venue offers great versatility to adapt to your group size and desired set-up, providing indoor accommodations and outdoor space.
Overlooking the banks of Buffalo Bayou and Lost Lake, The Dunlavy is stunning inside and out for groups of all sizes to enjoy the views.

Cost to rent The Dunlavy is based on food and beverage minimums as well as the day of the week and time of year. Valet parking is required for private events and comes with a set-up fee of $150 and $7/car added to the final bill. Contact the venue for more pricing details specific to your event
Events at The Dunlavy can begin at 5pm depending on how much set-up is involved. Private parties are not permitted between 7am and 2pm as breakfast and lunch are served.
