When I visited this place I think it took about 10min to pick my jaw up…it completely knocked my socks off. Everything from the exclusive his and hers suites, complete with seating are perfect for brunch and hair and makup to the option for outdoors garden ceremony and horse and carriage entrance to the staging, lighting and sound fit for a large gala…this place has thought of everything.

You have the option to set up as an outdoors ceremony with a tent or open air at the Sans Souci Ballroom.
There is plenty of greenery for backdrop as well as dancing fountains (think The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas!
How much time does this venue allow for set up?
This is important to consider when you think about your decor. If you want to explore a really elaborate and highly customed event design that requires structures or wrapping a dance floor or draping off the entire room, consider how much time you will need. Is it a complicated install that requires a lot of moving parts or several days to complete? Be sure to consider this when you are ready to start planning your décor.
What I love about this venue:
They do not book more than one event at one time AND they allow outside catering. If you want a really unique menu for your event, determining if the venue will allow you to choose your own caterer is a huge benefit.
And as for the last guest out the latest possible is 4AM. So if you know your party will run a little later, it’s nice to know that they allow accommodations for an extended event time. And let’s say there isn’t an event planned the day after yours….and you needed to have your vendors pick up the next day- this could also be negotiated, the Sans Souci Ballroom is very flexible to ensure you have the event you’ve been dreaming of.
This place is absolutely breathtaking. If you are looking for an elegant or upscale concept for your event, this one should be up for consideration!
