With all of the events I've had the pleasure of being a part of for over a decade...I have so many experiences to share with you! While here, you may find inspiration for your wedding day, corporate function or the things I like to get into when I'm not planning like a BOSS!
Today we’re exploring The Astorian, a Grand Central Station-inspired loft space nestled in a Houston Historical Society landmark building. Host your wedding, gala, or other event in this metropolitan space with 1920s Art Deco vibes.
As the SwaLaRue Events Venue Tour travels Downtown Houston, we’ve seen the Crystal Ballroom and The Parador before heading to The Astorian, which will feel like you’ve traveled to New York City with its modern take on historic New York.
The Astorian can accommodate a variety of event styles and sizes.

The Astorian is an elegant time machine to the Roaring 20s. Classy, elegant and an infusion of modern detailing in a historic space. The high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to take in the beauty of downtown Houston. I especially love the functional 12 foot clock and the gorgeous Mosaic floor made up of over half a million tiles. This venue is sure to take your breath away.
